How to use Wheat Bran?

Step 1

Take 1 bowl of Chakki Atta, and 4-5 tablespoon of Wheat Bran and mix well. For mildly fibrous Roti mix10% of Wheat Bran with Chakki Atta.

Step 2

Add warm water and knead to a soft dough and set aside for 15 minutes

Step 3

Divide it into equal balls and make fibrous roti. Eat healthy!
