Triple Berry Healthy Fibre Smoothie

Smoothies are a great way to get a big dose of nutrition very quickly. Apart from being healthy, they are also extremely tasty and can be customised to your taste. This tribe berry healthy fibre smoothie has the goodness of berries, yogurt, honey and pro fibre to give your breakfast a boost!

  • Serves : 2 People
  • Cooking time : 5 Minutes
  • Ingredients:
    • 1 cup Mixed Berries (Raspberries, Blueberries, Strawberries etc.)
    • 1 cup Yogurt
    • 1/2 cup Milk
    • 1 tablespoon Honey
    • 1/2 cup Pro Fibre
    • A few cubes of ice
  • Method :
    • Blend together all the ingredients till smooth. Top with chopped berries and serve cold.
